Chemical Sensors in Agrifood Applications
At Zimmer & Peacock we subscribe to the belief that “if you cannot measure it, you cannot control it”. The field of AgriFood is no exception. In this talk we present how we leverage our SenseItAll technology platform in food process control applications, including measuring the pungency of chili products, and our newest initiative for the realtime moniotoring of soil nutrients and agricultural pollution – AgriSenze™.
Soha, serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Zimmer & Peacock AS since 2019, has demonstrated exceptional project management and design/development skills across various projects. She successfully initiated an ISO 13485-compliant Quality Management System, securing certification for medical devices. Notable achievements include leading a major IVD project and navigating FDA EUA submission. Her skillset encompasses project management, design, and regulatory compliance. She holds an MSC in Micro and Nanotechnology Engineering from the University of Southeast Norway (USN) and a BSC in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Alexandria University.
