General Information
  • Authors must register by July 31st in order to be included in the proceedings
  • CAFE will be held on September 25th and 26th.
    September 27th will host IAFE: IEEE CAS Industry Forum IAFE (Industry for AgriFood Electronics). Participation to IAFE is free but you will be asked you to confirm your presence during the registration process to CAFE.
  • If you wish to participate in IAFE day only: please send an email to [email protected] to confirm your participation (Name + Last Name + Affiliation).
  • CAFE fee includes 22% VAT and covers access to technical sessions, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, welcome cocktail (on September 25th) and social dinner (on September 26th)
  • Any accompanying persons can participate in the social dinner at a cost of € 100
  • IAFE participation includes access to technical session and coffee breaks. Lunch will be provided to CAFE participants only.
  • A Full Registration (not student) of one of the authors of each accepted paper is mandatory for the paper to be included into the proceedings.  Accepted papers without a full registration of one of the authors will be excluded from the conference program
  • Registration is due for all participants (both presenters and attendees only). Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer
  • Students must upload a valid proof of their student status
  • Italian public institutions must contact [email protected] before paying the fee
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations up to August 31st: full refund minus an administrative cost of 50€ for the transaction. From September 1st, no refund.
    Substitutions are accepted, please contact [email protected] for the name change. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective
  • Registration invoice: registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt. Invoice will be sent after payment by e-mail, prior to the conference (please fill in the invoicing details during the registration procedure) – it is not available on Conftool.
